Following their record breaking last financial year, CMF Capital, one of the UK’s leading independent asset funders to UK SME and mid-tier businesses has relocated its office to ‘The Hub’ in Farnborough. The investment will play a strategic role in the business’s expansion which saw a 19.28% increase in funding levels across 2016-17 and the recent arrival of two banking industry heavyweights Paul Meijer and Stephen Labrum to the team.

Located next to Farnborough Airport, with fast links to London, the M4 corridor and across the south east, The Hub is an award-winning listed 1930s art deco building that was originally a Royal Aircraft Establishment (RAE) factory. Following a recent refurbishment, it has an ultra-modern interior, conferencing facilities and is also home to a number of major international businesses in the telecommunications, publishing, IT and aerospace sectors.

Commenting on the move, CMF Capital Managing Director John Mulheron said:

“CMF Capital has enjoyed continued growth over the last two years. Following our rebrand in early 2016, we have continued to invest in new business development and our marketing of the company. Combined with our strong client base, the ongoing hard work has taken us into new industry sectors, increasing the levels of funding to UK companies.”

“The move to a new, hi-tech office which, is perfectly located to some of the most exciting and dynamic businesses in the UK is part of our next phase of growth.” Continue the CMF boss.

With continued strong relationships with both UK and global banks, CMF Capital has continued to demonstrate it has the ability to provide UK businesses the funding support it requires regardless of the economic landscape or industry sector.

Whether it’s delivering stand alone funding solutions, or credit lines that compliment existing banking relationships, CMF is able to access finance at highly competitive rates, but crucially tailoring funding to a clients’ strategic business needs that has been at the centre of the success.
